A few minutes away from downtown It was convenient to the Savannah International Trade Center and their were restaurants and a Publix close by that was great. I did not like the breakfast it was served cold and all they had were chocolate,tea and warm water. You have to request for cups from the front desk and when we got to the room the toilet in the room would not flush the front desk attendant came into the room with a plunger that was not wrapped in a bag. Fine but underwhelming This hotel was fine for the purpose of an economical weekend trip. The staff was friendly and helpful and check-in/out was easy. The building itself, including the rooms, is definitely due for a facelift to breathe some new life and freshness into it. The room was clean, but it felt a bit on the worn-out side, especially the carpet, countertops, and fixtures. Short stay I was only at the property for about 5 hours. I was very happy to have a really clean room with a comfortable bed.

clean up The room was ok, I had a problem with the cleaness of the room. Carpet need cleaning and it didn't have a good smell.

OK in a Pinch Room has NO kitchen supplies. All flatware, pans etc must be obtained from the office. I'm not sure if extra charges were involved, as I made other arrangements. Great market next door for healthy foods, and the more common grocery down the street, the room fit the bill for an extended family stay at Savannah Memorial Hospital, which was a very short drive away. The laundry room was run down and had several broken machines.

Bugs in room!!!!! :-( Unknown bugs in our room, in the bed our daughter slept in we found bugs under the bed. Not sure if they were bed bugs or fleas! They do allow dogs......maybe they need to restrict rules on pets! Our daughter woke up looking like she had slept in the jungle with welts all over her body the morning of her SCAD tour! It was devastating......our hearts were broken for her! But.....the staff were absolutely fabulous.....empathic, remorseful and very professional!
