I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I felt like I should. There was nothing fancy about this place although, it was safe and the bedding and towels were clean. On the down side, was still cat food on the floor from the previous guest and the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The staff was friendly, but did seem overwhelmed. If you stay here, just don’t have high expectations and you’ll be alright!

I love that it is easy to get to from I-90 and with the Factoria mall a block away, there are so many dining and shopping options. We had everything we needed for quick overnight stay in the big city.

I was aware of the bad reviews before I booked, but I went for it anyway because it was the cheapest available accommodation in Bellevue for Labor Day weekend.

The front desk staff member was awesome! She checked dozens of people in on her own without any support. The hotel itself is a little tricky to get to but once you realize it's right by the TMobile campus it gets easier. Clean and tidy if a little run down. Well worth the stay for the peace of mind.
