Pretty darn good. Turned out we could get the 'ground floor' which was good. Finding the room(s) is an unnecessary challenge. Room numbers should be larger, as you have to walk up to the room to se them.

The trash cans were over flowing, the dishes are lined up in plastic tubes outside the rooms in the walk ways, the say there is a Continental breakfast but when we went to get something in the morning the desk clerk stared at me and said, no we don't have a breakfast I just put out muffins. I said ok, well where do I get muffins? He pointed to the empty coffee pot and says there aren't any. Never got a cleaning. Also, they had stripped the bed for my friend's room when we arrive at the second night of our stay (no cleaning for any of the 2 rooms we had there).
