Needs some improvement. The person who checked us in was friendly and informative. He told us elevators and card readers were having problems. The elevator, only one working, wasn’t an issue. The card readers didn’t function on the room door and side exterior door. Overall the hotel was shabby and in need of refurbishing.

I let the front desk know at check in that there was a car in the lot with a smashed out window and glass all over the ground. I was told there were break ins 3 nights in a row. When I asked about security cameras or someone keeping an eye on the lot, I was told there is no security and "don't leave anything in your car." We had a kitchen in our room with zero cutlery, cups or dishes. Our room had a bag of garbage left from the previous guest. Hairs in the bed. When we got back to the room after the concert, someone had been in our room and a dead bug was squished on our bed. We brought the gentleman in and he apologized and brought us a new bed cover. Breakfast in the morning is a package of oatmeal. Nothing else. Would never stay here again.
