Staff was less than helpful when asked questions. Acted like more a bother than being helpful. Room smelled like smoke, frig was dirty and customers upstairs were extremely loud

Floor was very dirty and the room smelled terrible

Pay the extra for a different place My wife and I meal prep so I needed a place with a kitchenette. She recommended this chain of hotels. It was dirty and some what scary. People slamming doors all hours of the day and night. Didn’t feel safe. The cabinets were weathered and outdated. So was the furniture. A couple light bulbs burnt out.

Breakfast was disappointing to say the least. Cleanliness was disgusting. Kitchenette wasnt stocked with dishes or anything. Will never stay here again.

Our room was dirty upon arrival, their "breakfast" was cheap coffee and some oat bars/muffins, there was a dog that woke up multiple rooms at 3am and the front desk said "NO" when I asked them to call the cell phone of the guest along with the day shift stating that it's "part of being a pet friendly hotel, and that their night gust services is the best in the laundry business". Waited at the reception for an hour to do check in more than one hour, no one showed up. And no responce from the desk number. Finally expedia helped me to get different hotel.

Whole stay the hallway of our floor smelled like fish. I complained about it to front desk, they could give a crap about it. Room felt dirty, bed was uncomfortable, amenities were outdated and I couldn’t even get the tv to work. Whole place felt sus and unsafe to sleep but we had no other choice. Got a knock on my door at 1:30am two nights in a row, and that scared me. Wouldn’t recommend staying here, stay somewhere else for a little extra money
