Horrible place! Security was a joke. Side doors to the hotel were left open 24 hours yet they lock the main entrance at night. I accidentally used my key card on the unit next to me opening the door. No one was using the unit but really, does any card key fit all? Room was filthy. Fan screen on ceiling in the bathroom was clogged with dirt. Couldn’t even see the screen. Mirror above t.v. Was covered with dust. Watched a drug deal go down in the parking lot out my window. Dog poop everywhere outside including sidewalk.

Horrible We had a check-in time of 3:00 but weren’t able to get in the room until 5:00. When we entered the room it was clearly a room that had been smoked in. When we asked were were told the fourth floor, where our room was, used to be the smoking floor and nothing could be done about that. The desk person was unapologetic in any way and acted like we were a bother. I will never stay there again
Our Room stinks like wet dog it’s absolutely disgusting … and pretty filthy room definitely won’t be staying here again. Eeek 👎

The staff was professional and very friendly, however, the property needs to be remodeled and cleaned thoroughly. It has scuff marks along the molding of the wall, paint or dirt chips on the elevator floor and the carpet needs to be replaced in the hallways and the rooms. In our room the bottom of the bathtub became very slippery when showering making it a fall risk. There were no grab bars to hold on to and no rough surface for your feet to gain traction.
