Good for the price The room was a little out dated, the amenities were a little shy, but for what I paid and what I needed (a place to sleep for one night). This place fit the bill just fine. This would be a good place if you were staying longer and using the room and built-in kitchen.

Good Business Hotel Good hotel for short business trips. I don't require a lot amenities so just a clean room works for me. The internet connection is poor and they try to get you to upgrade for a fee, which I don't care for. Other than that, the room was clean and the bed was good.
Stay was good, just when I got there I couldn't lock the door from inside, So I called and informed the front desk about it, she tried to get me an other room but there was no other room was available, she said maintenance will fix it in the morning, I requested that maintenance guy should come after 11:00Am, but he showed up 9:300am and was keep knocking on the door while I was in the bathroom, after I told him, Please come back I am in the bath room, he left and after 30Min. room cleaning lady showed up and without knockin... read more
Nice Hotel Not bad for 1 night stay. Close to Southcenter Mall and Seattle airport.

Manager The problem I had was with manager checking in he started trying to over talk me and I had to stop it I can tell he doesn't respect people that looks like me the rest of the staff was very professional

Staff were great but the hotel needs soo much work

This room was not the most appealing room…. Let’s just say that. There were holes in the recliner , holes in the window screens, a lot of the furniture was damaged including the bed frame. Would not stay here again.
