Less than basic Slow bathroom sink, old torn bedspread, no working stopper in kitchen to wash dishes, etc

Not recommended There 6 nights. No maid service during that time. Stayed beside room where trash collected. Smelled very bad. Stains in carpet. TV shut off by itself every hour. No working WiFi as advertised. Toilet seat had cover that did not fit toilet, too small and very shaky.

Hotel needs to be renovated. The hotel room that we stayed in was old, carpets were dirty, the bathroom sink was clogged during the entire week of our stay. The bathroom clogged twice while there. There were no maid service. We were given a coffee maker to take to our hotel room but the front desk did not have any coffee bags for us to make. The grab and go breakfest entield of coffee and muffins only. I didn’t even stay here. I was told upon arrival that I couldn’t be checked in and that there were no rooms available. I am currently trying to get a refund on the reservation.

As I purchased my room through Expedia it never mentioned it was a smoking room. The hotel sold out of non-smoking rooms and could not change me. Spent an entire night in a smoking room— terrible!!!!!!

Worst thing was the smoking smell everywhere. At the time of checking in, we wanted to cancel the reservation but it was too late. So we decided to stay for all 3 nights . It was the WORST EVER.. smoking smell is everywhere. I would not recommend stay at this hotel if you have a wife and kids. Staff were ok and they gave us what we need but the hotel itself is very bad.. after I checked out I stayed in another hotel for one night and it was less than half mile from it. Front desk customer service was really bad. Staff did not allow me to use lobby restroom as I checking in. No coffee maker in the room or in the lobby like other hotels, motels .
