Poor review for a reason. First arrived to find out they did not have the room we requested and have a room for us at another property. 15 minutes in the opposite direction we needed to be! We arrive at the second hotel to be put in a room that did not have the bed configuration we requested and stated on our paid for receipt. The room, oh boy! We stayed for three nights. No hot water so could not take any showers. The entire time. In spite of complaining to the staff. Very unhappy. Chairs were very uncomfortable,

Flea Room Stepped foot into the room started getting bit by fleas within the first 3 minutes. There was Black Hair in shower drain from the prior guest not sure if the room was actually cleaned. accommodations were minimal at best. Left room went to car got on internet found a new room at another hotel and checked out. Travelocity did give us a full refund so they stood by there company. Only good thing that came out of the experience.
Rock hard If you want to sleep very terribly then you will stay at this hotel. The beds were so uncomfortable that me or anyone in my family got any sleep that night

Cleanliness Upon check in of our room we found the garbage under the sink in the kitchenette was not emptied and contained dirty diapers..The bathtub didn't look like it had been cleaned, there were several hairs around the sides and bottom, there was used soap with hair on it on the tub ledge.no washcloths were provided for our stay.

don't stay there There was no crib/ pack n play available. Even the worst hotels have those. My baby had to sleep in my arms. The bed was a full size not queen like advertised. I was itching all night woke with a rash. The breakfast was coffee and a granola bar. Seriously? Not even a place to sit to eat it. When I told the receptionist that I had a rash she said "it's a pet friendly hotel it is advertised as such you should have known" no apology or sympathy at all. Not a place for kids.

I found an unsanitary and unacceptable item in my room when checking in (which I have never experienced in my 11 years of traveling for business). If these rooms were cleaned appropriately, this wouldn't have happened. The management did comp my room for that night, which I was thankful.
Hotel was adequate. Early check in was available, and under 21 check in; so that's good. They have good sized beds, but the beds are questionable in cleanliness and comfort was non-existent. We asked for a second blanket every night we were there and never got one. The front desk girl was extremely rude and wouldn't give us more than two cups, two plates or two anything. It is ok No pool, out of muffins everyday I was there. Not enough amenities like a hair dryer for all guest rooms. Ok for the price.
