Disappointing! Our room was generally clean, but the hotel was cheep, had poor service, no amenities, a hard lumpy bed, the worse breakfast I have ever seen (coffee and a pre-packaged muffin), no pool, no Jacuzzi, no exercise room, you had to pay for WIFI if you wanted it fast, and if you wanted clean towels, you had to go to the front desk with your wet towels and wait for the old ones to be cleaned.

Will never stay at an Extended Stay Hotel again. Bed was hard as a board. I did not sleep at all. I left my shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer at home assuming the hotel would provide these things. There was no conditioner. No hair dryer and I did not have my morning coffee because I did not realize I had to go to the desk to ask for a coffee maker until I was checking out.

Not a value I didn't receive value for what I paid. Wifi was available if I wanted to pay for it. There was a free variety that was slow. The description said that continental breakfast was available, but the "grab and go" variety that was actually provided was far from being continental. I was very disappointed in our overall experience and will avoid Extended Stay Hotels.

Don't expect much As my wife summed it up, this hotel is kind of pathetic. Even though it's an extended stay room with a kitchenette, nothing is stocked in the room as far as utensils or dishes. You have to ask for every item you would need. The continental breakfast was also sad. Just a few items and coffee, with nowhere to sit. The beds were hard and the pillows small and too soft. Only positive is that every other place around there is even more expensive.

Bad experience but they helped me When we first got to the hotel, they wanted to charge my credit card for the stay, but I had already paid online. We went back and forth about it and I pulled up my credit card statement showing the charge (not a hold) by Hotels.com. He apologized and refunded it right away, just waiting to see the credit. Not very welcoming The hotel needs a very good staff that has people skill and help to accommodate customers needs,the beds in the room smell like never been clean or changed neither the pillows they smell like never been cleaned from the previous customer,and what they call a breakfast is a big joke and it was over by 9;30 and have no sugar or cream to offer with their coffee.
