we canceled our stay through your site and when I did it, your site said it was canceled. I also called the hotel to confirm it was canceled as I am not familiar with using expedia to book. They informed me it showed canceled. We just realized we have been charged. These charges will be removed as I am calling my bank now.

No front desk and no sleep from noise No one was at the front desk when I arrived. I was literally screaming hello and no one arrived. Finally when someone began loudly cleaning carpet (7:30 PM) desk clerk appeared to investigate. People above were making noise until 3:00 or 4:00 Am. No sleep...
Horrible experience First they assign me a room that was not turn over. Second I order pizza and some stole it in matter of minutes.. and when I told the front desk they said to call he pizza place and really didn’t care.. which was delivered because they show me a picture of the time stamp and the door.. and then I garbage was on the elevators and never clean after

The hotel looked ok from the website. Once I arrived my room smelled like musty cigarettes. I stepped in something sticky on the floor next to the bed. The kitchenette was old and dirty that matched the room decor. The walls were paper thin so you hear everyone walking by and neighbor conversation. This hotel also attracts the type of clients I’m not interested in knowing. I was traveling alone so I put up with it. If I wasn’t I would have left there before I had unpacked.
