Dirty Staff was unfriendly! Lies about the rooms, i'd rather stay in My house and drive back 1 hour to mukilteo than stay here again! rooms smell like pets, not clean, hall way smells like cigarettes. They say their room is clean but dont be fooled!!!
room was not ready.. Check in was at 3:30 and we arrived at 5:30. And one of our 2 rooms not ready and not ready until 7:30. The front desk also did not return my drivers license and credit card and had to chase me down the hall. The breakfast was until 9:30 am but when we got there at 9:20am they were already putting away the prepackaged muffins. We will not be return!
Extended Stay America - Worst place we stayed in. Extended Stay America Seattle - Mukilteo is the worst place we stayed in.
Stinky, dirty and expensive. I stayed here a couple nights ago because I didn't know any better. There was a bad smell in the room. There was food on the floor. Why is this place so expensive? And why does this place have nearly as many stars as the HILTON Garden Inn that I'm staying in tonight? Avoid the Extended Stay if at all possible.

Our first stay at Extended Stay of America Hotel. We were here on a business trip. Check-in clerk was nice and polite. After getting into our room we found a half cup of coffee on the computer table. The pillow cases were not changed and upon looking further found the bed sheets were not changed either. The room had not been vacuumed for there were crushed pills on the bathroom floor and bits of paper on the carpet. Needless to say, we were not impressed and complained to the manager. We were not satisfied with the service or cleanliness of the hotel. Continental breakfast was sparse as well. Would not stay there again.
failed to clean floor There was scrap paper and other stuff on the floor. Not Vacummed. The untensils were not washed. Had to do them myself.
The room was okay. There were a lot of food smells in the hallway due to people cooking in their rooms. The free continental breakfast was a joke. It was pre-packaged granola bars, muffins and some coffee. This should not even be listed as a breakfast.
Appeared to be a nice hotel. Staffing one customer agent on a Friday afternoon is ridiculous. Had to wait while a customer wanted to confirm reservations at other location of his travel rather than assist me with a paid reserved room and checking in. Never again!
