Broken Elevators! The Elevator was broken the whole time I stayed that this hotel. Plus I was kicked out of my room early in the morning on the day of my check out cause they needed to do work on the elevator that was going to impact my room. I wasn't offered anything for this but the ability to pack up all my stuff and go to another room or check out early. I won't be staying here again!!

We are currently having our elevator upgraded and remodeled and it should only be down for just a few more days. Recommended by Expedia for the area we wanted Hotel old and not really clean. Pillows very thin and uncomfortable, furnishings, bedding and towels old and worn out. Breakfast was neither hot nor plentiful, only one kind of small muffins, no fruit or yogurt. Packaged porridge was the only hot food. Would not stay here again. Very over priced for what we got.

Poor quality Poor quality hotel with very poor service. Abysmal breakfast and paper cups for coffee. Staff only available to check-in/out. Expensive for the lousy service and condition.

Bad check in experience - room appeared clean but discovered at bedtime that the bed was "used" if you know what I mean and I think you do. Smoking zone is a constant gauntlet at the front entrance. Property grounds unkept.

For the price not worth it... Stay somewhere else...breakfast was a joke...beds uncomfortable...filet dirty...

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! I was shocked at just how bad this hotel was especially because of the high price. Motel six would have been a much better choice. There was no coffee pot in the room, no glasses, silverware or dishes of any kind even though there was a full kitchen. The bath had no plug in the tub and I asked for one twice and they never brought one. The sinks drain plug stuck down and wouldn't unplug. Bed was awful, room was depressing. Do not recommend at all!

I was extremely tired when I checked in. The front desk and check in experience was great. No issues there. I crashed immediately. Had I of look around, I would not have stayed. I had put some things in the refrigerator and did notice it was not very clean. The next morning when I noticed the shower and sink areas had not been cleaned at all. I went to use the microwave and it had crumbs in it. I stay in hotels 100+ nights a year for work so I have seen it all. This place would be great if not for the dirty room. Needless to... read more

This is a 2 star hotel at best. Will never stay here again.

Bedbugs! We stayed in about 10 motels while driving up the Pacific coast from San Jose to Seattle. The amenities -- the breakfast, the hotel in general -- were terrible. And then my daughter woke up with bites! I pulled back the sheet and there were 2 dead bedbugs. (At least she learned, the hard way, that dear old Dad is not crazy for insisting that she check the beds for bugs before crawling under the covers.)
