they sold my room there was no stay

Disorganized hotel with no manager. We are a family of 3. Our reservation was for one room with two beds. When we checked in, there were no rooms available with two beds. So they gave us two separate rooms with one bed in each room. We were not happy, as our family would be staying in two separate rooms. We asked to speak to the manager but they did not have a manager. We asked to take a look at the rooms to see where they were located. They were located across from one another. New Low Standard Policies are third world at best Rooms are cleaned once every seven days. Guests, if you can call them that, are expected to carry Their soiled towels down to the front desk if they want clean ones. How many germs are spread throughout the facility daily, in the elevator, hallways, lobby, etc? Never again.

We do offer additional housekeeping services at a minimal charge if you would like to receive housekeeping daily. The staff and I appreciate your comments, as it will only help us to improve. Not near beach at all Showed up with non cancellable rate after a long day's drive from Montana. Booked a 3 day stay. Even called to let them know we would arrive late & they told us no problem. When we arrived, the manager was very rude and told us they were overbooked and they couldn't accommodate us. Here we were, strangers in a foreign place. She didn't even offer us alternatives or even remotely begin to help us find a place to stay at 11:00 at night. I resorted to using my own phone & ended up getting a beautiful place... read more

Smoking, still? I made reservations for a non-smoking room and was told on check-in that this room was no longer available. The fact that I got a smoking room was only a further surprise given I cannot remember another US hotel that any smoking was allowed.

Wasn't able to sleep due to all the sounds in the room and outside of the room. Pay extra to stay somewhere else!

Ok, if you need a place until an apt. opens. The first night the fire alarm went off at 12:30. After sitting outside for 30-45 minutes, the fire department finally cleared it for us to return to our room. We never found out what caused the problem, however, Karri G., the interim manager, did give us a refund for that night. The bed was extremely hard. I ended up sleeping in the recliner the second night. The blanket barely covered the king size bed. (I think it was a queen size blanket.) We paid extra for breakfast each mor... read more

Mukilteo Motel Stay spoiled fruit in the grab and go breakfast, not many choices. Lobby needed vacuuming, no ice machine, no coffee in room. Room was clean with a kitchenette that I was unaware of when I booked so was unprepared. Staff was polite, professional and helpful. Would have to rethink it before I stayed there again
