Wont stay here again Room layout was good but thats about it. I stayed 2 different times in a week. The first stay i found an empty poweraid bottle under my bed i didnt drink but i decided to brush it off. The second time i checked in i found a hair left on the toilet seat. The garbage was spilling out of the garbage area into the hall and the floor smelt like dirty diapers. One of the staff was very rude to me and my kids for no reason. A Nightmare Experience 1. If you want dishes in your room, be prepared to hall them up to your room in a plastic bin. 2. WiFi did not work. When we phoned to desk at 11 p.m. we got an answering service. The desk person the next day told me that the night desk person is usually doing laundry and not at the desk. 3. This was the dirtiest room i have ever seen.. I had to sleep with my clothes on on top of the covers 1st night and had to find a different place to stay 2nd and 3rd night ! This was the a unacceptable place to stay , blood on the sheets , hair on the walls of the shower
We arrived late at night otherwise we would have changed hotels upon getting to our room. The check in was quick and easy with friendly service. We were told the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. There was no offer or compensation for the inconvenience. She did mention that it should be fixed by Tuesday, however we were only staying one night so that did not matter. Requested a Smoking Room and upon arrival elevator wasn't working. So settled for bottom floor because of all our luggage's. Enjoyed the convenience of Fresh coffee 24 hour's. But service was a bit terrible, they don't clean your room if you need towels you have to get them yourself. Also, availability of utensils and cooking ware but you have to go them yourself.
Broken Elevators! The Elevator was broken the whole time I stayed that this hotel. Plus I was kicked out of my room early in the morning on the day of my check out cause they needed to do work on the elevator that was going to impact my room. I wasn't offered anything for this but the ability to pack up all my stuff and go to another room or check out early. I won't be staying here again!!

Recommended by Expedia for the area we wanted Hotel old and not really clean. Pillows very thin and uncomfortable, furnishings, bedding and towels old and worn out. Breakfast was neither hot nor plentiful, only one kind of small muffins, no fruit or yogurt. Packaged porridge was the only hot food. Would not stay here again. Very over priced for what we got.

Poor quality Poor quality hotel with very poor service. Abysmal breakfast and paper cups for coffee. Staff only available to check-in/out. Expensive for the lousy service and condition.
