The property is pet friendly and you can absolutely tell because upon entry there is an overpowering smell of wet dog in the hallway. The rooms are dated and had a stale sour smell that lingered throughout our stay, no matter how much we sprayed Lysol. Our dining table was visibly dirty upon arrival to our room with greasy hand prints all over. Free breakfast but only coffee and some snacks they need to take that words out, they make the customer confusing . I choose them because they have free breakfast but so disappointed

The mattress was thin and hard. The bedsheets and blankets were also thin and did not keep me warm at night. You had to ask for coffee pots, dishes, cups, and silverware from the front desk as they were not automatically in the room. I had paid extra, $78, to be able to change my reservations if I wanted to leave early, but the hotel still charged me an extra $23 to leave early. Extended Stay America nickels and dimes its customers. I will not stay at any ESA hotel ever again.

I actually didn’t stay. One go around the room and I instantly went back to the front desk and requested a refund which the lady working the counter insured me I would receive but I did not. She was okay and very understanding but the room was not what I expected it to be. It felt dirty walking in and the bed was springy. It felt very old and not maintained. Its been over a week now and still no refund
