The staff is unprofessional and rude

Check in was horrid. Check in person was dishoveled, asked me for 4 pieces of Id, as well as my partner. Room was supposed to be a queen and was a twin bed on a fold up camping frame. Pictures of room on Expedia did not at all represent what we were given. I feel a full refund is due. If we did not have immediate plans first thing in the morning we would have looked for another hotel

Room not clean to a standard or a hotel would never stay here again!

This is a convenient and low budget hotel in a safe area. It was challenging to find the main lobby because of the small lobby and entrance. The receptionist was friendly.

My room did not have curtains. Booked a king but had to move to a queen room to get curtains. No refund or difference in price offered. Said it was a “complementary” trade. Carpet was old and dirty. I was happy it was only for one night. Left first thing in the morning

Whole floor smelled like burnt food, room was not equipped with toiletries, no additional pillows when asked, room had a smell of urine. Do not recommend.
