It’s a place to sleep for the night. No frills. Clean. And a bit noisy due to parking lot party . Close to freeway. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s inexpensive. This is it.

Chris and the front desk staff were all really nice and helpful (did not experience any rudeness like other reviews mentioned). We got there at 12 and they kindly let us check in early. I would say that the condition of the room is okay for the price and for the age of the building. Hotels in Seattle and Renton can be upwards of $160 but Extended Stay is in the more affordable price range. gotta love the trusty Extended Stays the front desk employee when I checked in was literally amazing. He was so thoughtful, proficient, funny, and kind it was refreshing.

Cat allowed I stayed with my cat. There was no extra pet charge, but the bed was too old and uncomfortable.
