Great service. Cockroaches in room The service was great. The employees were lovely. In my 13 years in Seattle I have never seen a single cockroach. I saw 2 in my room.
Staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is dated. Visable damage to walls floors. Elevator broken. Front door broken. No visible security. Way over valued.
It’s was good, I’ll stay again.
The staff were amazing and sweet.
Nice people, not so good place Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful and professional and proactive... But inside my doorknob fell off, literally pulled off and was in my hand, but thankfully could still exit room (!!😳😳)and the drain in the shower was clogged, & the place probably needs some work. Room smelled like smoke a ton.It was leaking from the vent in the bathroom of the room above me I think... I signed something that said I wouldn't smoke and I'm a non-Smoker AND actually allergic, so it was pretty horrible... read more
