Staying here with a disabled person was perfect. Bathroom very large for both of us to move around safely. Nice kitchen and plenty of storage. We stayed for over a week on two separate times. Sat outside and watched the ducks in the pond behind us. Loved it here.
My experience here was amazing the moment I got the hotel I felt welcomed by one of the staff agents Chris. He’s been very helpful and amazing customer service to me and my family.

It’s a place to sleep for the night. No frills. Clean. And a bit noisy due to parking lot party . Close to freeway. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s inexpensive. This is it.

Chris and the front desk staff were all really nice and helpful (did not experience any rudeness like other reviews mentioned). We got there at 12 and they kindly let us check in early. I would say that the condition of the room is okay for the price and for the age of the building. Hotels in Seattle and Renton can be upwards of $160 but Extended Stay is in the more affordable price range.
