All the cabinetry in the bathroom was in poor condition and the bathroom really needed a remodel…shower was totally gross. The AC unit seemed like it had two settings…totally freezing or if you turned on the fan it was too hot. The bed covers were completely inadequate and I froze all night. The hotel was totally understaffed. The gal at the front desk was extremely nice, but stretched too thin. There was also dog pee in the elevator and garbage laying around outside.

the location itself is very dirty it needs to have maintenencw and the property needs ro be cleaned na daily basis. i will nevwr say hwre again

The time of check in was a total mess they gave us whatever they want instead of the rooms we made reservations for, advertising breakfast and it's only coffee, hot water for hot chocolate

The rooms provided were not the rooms I made the reservation for huge communication issues between hotels.com and the hotel

Was confirmed for a check in never got to check in was told by host. It’s not her problem called Expedia. They told me to contact the property. The property told me to contact my bank went through a whole roundabout very upset with experience the woman at the front desk is typically very precise, friendly and happy I do understand it’s not her fault and she was doing her best as I am not the only one this happened to you on this day what happened but I am very upset With Hotel as a whole

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Don’t stay here. Extremely dirty.

Never ever staying here again Had to check out early because of the hotel cleanliness. There were baby cockroaches in the room. I had feeling that something was biting me at night. I will never stay at extended America again. Really bad experience. I thought I am paying $139 per night so room will be cleaner.
