Management was horrible. Kids were playing on the elevator and outdoors like if you were in an apartment complex, parents nowhere to be seen Would never go back there.

The Non Smoking Room obviously had been smoked in.

NOT SAFE! This was truly the worst experience we have ever had. DONT STAY HERE!!! We got to the room and it smelled like gas so they moved us. At 1:00 am a person walked into our room with a key card. They never changed our room number and rented it to someone else! When I called and told them, the women at the front desk said it wasn’t her fault and hung up on me. We got a Kitchenette but no silverware, paper towels, coffee pot, toaster or anything else. It took way to long to check in. When we did check in, we were given a room that already had a family in it. I was so embarrassed when I walked in. The gal at the front desk was nice but there was a disconnect at shift change.

Bad Needs remodeling badly, a smell in room

New tv that didn’t work with both remotes and staff had no idea on how to fix. Dirty dirty room with bugs, cockroaches and spiders abundant. If the cost wasn’t so high for that area, we would have just left and went to another hotel. This place was absolutely terrible. I will never stay at one of these places again.

The 1st room had cockroaches they moved us to the other side of the hotel

Comfortable bed. Our room was quiet. This hotel needs a total rehab. Everything is falling apart. We stayed for 5 nights & could not get a hair dryer until the 4th day. The kitchen has NO supplies, you need to ask for all dishes, pots & pans, etc. The furniture is worn and beat up. I would not recommend this hotel.
