The water did not stay the same temperature. Hot or cold. There were hairs in the shower tub. Rusty crusty shelf in bathroom.

They sold my room to someone else and I book a a queen size bed now I’m in a room that have twin size bed

Where do I start with issues? Booked a hotel with kitchen so I could cook and eat healthy. When I for Pots and Pan they didn't have any left. The heater had a mind of its own. Each day of my stay it decided to blow cold air in below freezing temperature conditions. Had to call the front desk to send someone to fix it. Parking lot was not cleaned of snow and ice, even though snow had ended 2 days before my travel. Will never stay again.

Property is riddled with bedbugs. Management was very kind and helpful. Cleaned our belongings and moved us to a different room the following morning, but unfortunately second room was also riddled in bedbugs. I do not recommend this location, others were also checking out with their complaints. But bedbugs is no inconveniencing to me and my family upon our return home!

I ordered one large bed room, when I checked in they provide two double size room, and told me I only have two option: accept or cancel the order. But it already 9pm in the winter night.
