Gross hotel It was a really gross hotel, dirty, understaffed, and had an odor of an apartment building. Big mistake to stay here to try to save a few bucks. Never again.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was not very clean when we checked in. None of the kitchen supplies were available in the room and we had to go to the lobby with a list of what we needed. ie, dishes, pots and pans cutlery. toaster. Once we received supplies they were not clean and we had to wash them all. We had a smoking room but no ashtrays were available when we checked in and had to buy two. Very very very bad don't go there I love American stay frenchize but this hotel are one of worse I have been ever in very bad customer service kids working with attitude in the receptions I will never go there again I use hotels three times a week but I never been treated the way I was treated there very very bad choice don't go there

Unsanitary The rooms smelled like leftover food as soon as we walked in. The pillowcases SMELLED like they hadn't been washed which lead us to think it probably wasn't changed before we went in. Who knows. Would never stay here again, would never recommend to anyone.

Dirty The room was old and dirty. My wife wouldn't stay there so we ended up driving 2 hours home after an event at the stadium.
Not enough effort in maintenance. Among other things, sink wasn't draining, overfill trash cans in the lobby and entrance around 8pm. Disgusting soiled elevator doors. Continental breakfast in the morning was a tiny stand across the front desk. Some breakfast,Coffee, wrapped mini muffins and oranges, apples and oatmeal bars baskets underneath. Never Again - Event Orbitz Crazy staff at front, mean, not helping, assigned rooms to others and all over bedbugs in the either place. I left the hotel and went to different hotel. They changed room and over sold rooms. It took 30 minutes to checking and 2.5 hours on the phone with orbitz to fix this hotel booking end up 4.30 am in morning.
