Is this a put on? They only had one fork and one spoon for two adults to use with their dinner. They wouldn't have more silverware until the next day. This was only around 7 PM! They could have run out to Walmart and picked up more... the AC only ran when set on 60 degrees and then only ran for a few minutes every fifteen to twenty minutes. Had to keep the noisy fan going all night or sweat.. fire alarm went off at 2 am for 45 minutes. Bed bugs/smell There was a smell in the room and hallway. Also I had next bed bug bites when I woke up next day morning.

Hotel close to MetLife Stadium and Sports Complex We booked a room to stay for one night for a concert we were attending at the stadium. The hotel is pretty close but if I was alone I would feel uncomfortable here. The cleanliness was questionable. We found hair in our pillowcase. The bed had no bedskirt thus you just had a thin flimsy sheet over the mattress. This is an old hotel in need of renovation. Towels were stained and raggedy. The toilet paper was wet. Convenient place I book for one night , extended it for 2 days l . Received 5 phone calls because my stuff still at the room . The person in the morning took the wrong room number went I was charge Assistance manager spoke to me very rude , no consumer services then the manager took over the phone call letting me why I left my stuff at the room . Staff was sleeping on the job Could not check into hotel because staff was not present , called the phone number endless of times and no answer over and over , lasted about 1 hour in the lobby and no one came to help me check in

The place is not very nice, not worth it to save any money. Id spend the extra money to stay in a better hotel. The people there were nice but the area is loud and the hotel was very loud too, it was hard to sleep.

I was not pleases with this extended stay .Ive stayed at alot of the extended stay and me and my family was very happy with the rooms the kitchen and the pots and pans was in the kitchen and it also had a nice continental breakfast which i didnt see and i asked about the continental and was told they only give coffee.The extended stay in philadelphia ,delaware,and down south will get my business .i will never return to this one sorry it wasnt clean didnt have pots and pans and there was someone clothes left behind the tv on ... read more
