Not clean, had to transfer to another room.

Ive stayed here before so i was surrised by how disappointed we were this time. No cookware, dishes, or utencils were available. I found roaches in the bathroom on 3 different occassions and theres no way our bed was a queen size. It was definitely only a full size. Sorry but i dont think we will return back here.

Do not stay here. The worse experience ever! When I checked in, they sent me to 3 different rooms because they weren't clean. Then, one of their employees walked into my room around midnight! This is completely unacceptable and I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Cleanliness was a big issue; the wall is red stained ? Blood, toilet was really dirty. Breakfast was only muffins and coffeee. Doesn't worth the price.

I CHOSE THE HOTEL AS IT WAS CLOSER TO NEW YORK THERE IS NO ICE VENDING MACHINE. YOU HAVE TO MAKE YOUR OWN ICE IN THE ROOM, BUT IF YOU ARRIVE LATE, AS I DID YOU ARE LEFT WITH NO ICE. THEY ALSO DO NOT MAKE OR CLEAN YOUR ROOM. WHAT I DID WAS CHANGED THE ROOM AS THE ROOM HEATER NOR THE TELEPHONE WAS WORKING. I DON'T THINK I WILL STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN. TERRIBLE

I booked for non-smoking room and got smoking room and not hotel staff was not ready for the change... I reach late night and I have family with me still not ready for the change... I preferred before check in hotel ensure you get what you requested for,

Beyond filth. No towels. No pillows. Hairs all over

Get away I went for 1 night thankfully! The garbage by the rear entrance was overfilled garbage was all around the bin the night I got there. When I left the next morning it was still the same. No kitchen utensils or anything at all in the kitchen. The bathtub had a ceramic chip missing. The room was clean but for a hotel that is not that old it looked worn.
