Yo me esperaba un alojamiento en malas condiciones como mencionaban más usuarios en los comentarios, pero fue mejor de lo que esperaba, en ubicación te queda cerca en bus de new York a unos 15 minutos agarrando el 320 fuera del hotel, el personal muy amable, muy acogedor el hotel, quedé encantado con el servicio muchas gracias!

At check was told they didnt have my reserved room available, which was 2 double beds and a pull out couch(3 adults staying in the room). Put us in a room with 1 double bed and a pull out couch, gave 50% off and told to come back down next day and they'd get us an additional room. Went back next day and was told since they gave me a full refund(which they did not) that I'd need to pay the difference for my original room. The lady was rude and kept calling me mama.
