Stand and wait !!! The worker Dana was awesome. Problem she was the only worker .The company has her doing multiple jobs. Waited 45 minutes for someone to come to front counter just to check in .Then key didn't work .Took another 36 minutes and 2 phone calls one to the company and other to hotels.com to get someone back to front desk. There is No lobby which means no where to sit while waiting .Key never did work Dana had to move us to another room which had a bad odor .Again Dana only works there the corporation should be a... read more

The bed was horrible. We got no sleep because it was so uncomfortable. There was no soap at all in the bathroom, had to find the house keeping cart.

loved that there was a stove and small kitchen available to use.however, the beds are terrible. it's a single mattress on a metal frame. the shower is very very old. the lady who checked me and my boyfriend in didn't do it correctly and was nearly charged additionally when i had prepaid for the entire trip. I had to show my receipts from payment and my original check in to the lady in the morning to show i had paid. The rooms state that there's a couch in the room and there are none. The room and bed was way too small and the covers were too then for the winter temps
