You book a room and pay for it and when you get there they dont have a room for you and refuse you a refund

Terrible, dirty, rude workers, close the front seat at 7pm. The refuse to give you anything! A pillow, no! I’ve for the room, no!

Not the best. Place was a little dirty and warn down

Cheap and looks it! Had absolutely nothing in the room: no towels, blanket, soap, shampoo, Kleenex. Had to go to front desk to get everything. Costs $15 for dishes, $30 for pots and pans. Bed was hard.

Stand and wait !!! The worker Dana was awesome. Problem she was the only worker .The company has her doing multiple jobs. Waited 45 minutes for someone to come to front counter just to check in .Then key didn't work .Took another 36 minutes and 2 phone calls one to the company and other to hotels.com to get someone back to front desk. There is No lobby which means no where to sit while waiting .Key never did work Dana had to move us to another room which had a bad odor .Again Dana only works there the corporation should be a... read more
