They have roaches in the whole room I ended up having to leave roaches it was all in my bag

They will cancel your room and laugh in your face Horrible. Showed up to checkin and they told us they canceled our reservation the day before. Claimed they called to let me know, but they didn’t leave a message, all we received was a confirmation. Person at desk seemed to enjoy informing us that we had no place to stay after arriving in this city. We were left scrambling to find another place on the spot.

Nothing was unique. the receptionist told me my reservation was cancelled because of plumbing issues not minding I was coming from Texas, yet before me she collected money from a client into the hotel , when I questioned she said three rooms including the one I reserved had the plumbing issues not all room, but could not give me another room; she told me to my face I should go elsewhere, I stood there trying to find available accommodation elsewhere, she ordered me to leave the premises or she would call security. Roaches in my moms room

First time for this experience It was worrisome from the start when we saw 3 police cars with their lights flashing as we drove in. I felt sorry for the poor check in person...had a very difficult time locating and completing the process so it took more than 0 minutes. Then when we went to our room, there was no blanket on the bed. I was told that the washer had broken so there was none available. At that point, I requested a refund which he quickly granted and I was most relieved.

I had booked a non-smoking room and they put me in a smoking floor. Asked them to move rooms but they said none was available. Went to work smelling like cigarettes.

Stay somewhere else We felt like we were staying in a filthy youth hostel. The floors in our room were so dirty, our shoes stuck to them. The halls and stairwells smelled horribly. No lamps... only overhead lights... no coffee maker... bring your own plates, glasses, forks, cookware, etc. if you want to use the kitchenette. Social distancing impossible in the tiny lobby... most guests and staff were unmasked.

Outside bldg was nice. The room was disgustingly dirty...hair everywhere, dirty spreads and sheets and the toilet didn't even flush.
