Domestic squabbles and bedbugs The couple in the room next door fought both nights if our stay, complete with door slams, furniture being knocked over, telling and screaming, and threats. The sweet people at the front desk did what they could, but should have called 911. Then my wife got bitten by bedbugs...nasty.
Single men only!!! Lol The girl who checked us in was very unprofessional. She was flirting with my husband. She was very friendly asking all kinds of questions, until she asked was he staying alone. Once he mentioned a wife and she saw me sitting down, her whole tone changed. She became firm and rude to us. Never will we stay here again.

Run down eye-sore Run down facility, front desk never attended, not friendly-I will never stay here again
Would never come back I stayed in this place for a five days (as no hotels in city aren't available, a company blocked all the hotels for a week)! The first thing, they dont do the room service everyday, they do it only on weekend. I dont get this, as they clean everyday some rooms, when someone vacates. Second thing is, on the hotel page, it was mentioned that you can avail Pots, pans, serving dishes to cook. But you cant find them in the room. You need to go to reception to get them. TERRIBLE This hotel was terrible! Carpets were filthy, the room was dank and musty. The sink was clogged and the fleece blanket was itchy and rough. i also saw a roach. have stayed at Extended Stay hotels before and I did not expect it to be this bad. I intend to write to the hotel chain and let them know how unacceptable this was
A bit worn but comfy enough The hotel needs refurbishing, repairs, and cleaning. The bathroom floor was sticky, the stove was coming out of the counter top, a lamp was missing a plug, carpet was worn. The bed was comfortable, which makes up for a lot. A good night's sleep is the most important thing!

there was no exercise room, although I had been told by the expedia agent that there was. room (both bathroom and table) were dirty and there was an ant on the table in the morning.
