When we checked in no one was there to let us enter the building. We dialed 0 not 1 time but 2 times and waited for several minutes before someone appeared. Once the gentleman assisted us it was about 20 minutes later that we began check in process. The hallways had trash in them and when we went for coffee it was empty. The room was clean. Beds weren't too comfortable.

Fire alarm was set off at 1am qnd had to stand outside for a hour or more because some idiot caught his room on fir . I think i deserve a refund for at least 1 night

Go to another location Recommend not to stay at this location. There was hair everywhere (shower, bed, refrigerator). The carpets felt very dirty. The bedding had makeup stains everywhere. The window would not close all the way and this was on the first floor.

Th bds were uncomfortable. Staff was not on point. No 24/7 coffee. Old and dingy looking. Will not be staying here again.

Disgusting!!!!! The hotel was so dirty and disgusting. Floors in hallway and room was gross. Towels dirty, sheets dirty, appliances dirty. Overall gross! I will never stay there again. It was so dirty I checked out early.

This place was filthy...bed bugs, room smelled like cigarette smoke, front desk worker was totally uneducated. Worst hotel experience ever.
