Could not check in!! Staff not educated on the new software. She wanted to charge us$177.00 for a night.

Horrible overall. There is no room Cleaning, you take out your own trash and bring old towels to the front desk for new ones. Mold was in the air conditioner. Smelled of cigarettes everywhere- the non smoking room and the hallways. Breakfast was granola bars and prepackaged muffins. Camping would have been a better option!

Stay away Smoke alarm was going off and I didn’t smoke or cook. A grocery bag is wrapped around the smoke alarm. There was no Tv remote. I had reservations, still had to wait an hour to check in because of computer problems. I WONT BE BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very friendly staffs, reallynice people work there. But the room condition was not great, need renovation and new furniture. Also, no soap and shampoo.

Room was nasty, front desk staff not helpful or friendly, you should advertise the $100 security deposit.

Horrible Hotel This Extended Stay location was by far the worst hotel I stayed at. Had to switch rooms on the second day due to a clog in the kitchen sink and after moving to the new room we discovered the tub didn’t drain after showering. Luckily I had asked for a receipt for my 100 dollar cash deposit for incidentals because when checking out the attendant had no info of my stay!!

They claim to have a breakfast but don’t cont on it, all the had was granola bars, two types of muffins, and coffee

They lost my reservation somehow, but worked with me after I began getting frustrated. The gross part is that in the bathroom there were multiple hairs on the toilet seat, and the tub was dirty. Also, multiple hairs on shower walls. I would say you get what you pay for, but I’ve had a lot nicer for $75
