They only do housekeeping by the week unless pay per day! You have to pay for necessities such as dishes, towels, hairdryer, etc! When i pulled in the parking lot, there was a man outside smoking marijuana, i continued to smell marijuana throughout my entire stay here. Breakfast was terrible! It was literally set up on a table at the front door!

Smelled like garlic and puppies. The second floor smelled awful. Like old bologna and dogs. The room smelled awful too. The towels were full of hair. The bedding had burn holes. The air took 3 hours to cool the room. When I checked in, they had lost someone's deposit and the lady was very rude to me in return. Didnt even acknowledge me for almost 10 minutes before she said she couldn't help me and I needed to have a seat and wait because she was going to be a while. close to my favorite shopping center. always a issue getting requested room. and system was down a hour so everything from there went downhill. and made me late for work.

No ice machine. No coffee maker. Asked for extra towels, never got them. People above made noise late into the night then started again at 5 am.

Nothing, if anything their breakfast was horrible. Wd were expecting more then just coffee and snack bars

First room they gave me had roaches as soon as I turned the lights on. Next room they gave me, the room looked as if it was someone already in there using it or it was never cleaned. The third room they gave me had food crumbs on the floor.

The kitchen was completely empty. No plate or cups at all. No blow dryer.
