Ok if no high expectations Not what we expected. The office staff was very nice. The room looked as if they hurriedly cleaned it but the floor was not vacuumed or swept. Clipped toe nails were in the floor. I did appreciate the coldness of the air conditioner.

I wanted an elevator, because I loaded suitcases on the 2nd floor.

External area looked good. Well kept. Person at desk very friendly and helpful. Room was very dusty. Sheets didn’t fit bed, came off first night. Only stayed two nights so I remade as best I could. Grandson found hair in shower and in the towel he used. Also found part of a weave on bathroom floor. Obviously not well cleaned.

Good enough The room was nice. Unfortunately there was a leak from the AC return over the bed, but it wasn't bad enough to contact for service for our short stay. The pillows were flat and hard, and there was no coffee machine! Also the vending machines were out of service. Other than that, the room was comfortable enough for our short stay.
