Didn't have hot water first couple nights and I killed at least 20 roaches. At least they didn't have bedbugs

Tenements are Cleaner! AWFUL! The room was dirty, full of dirt, used needle in drawer!, NO kitchen utensils, pot, pan dishes etc! Fridge had mold. The oven had never been cleaned. Tried to resolve at facility, got a run around and told to call Hotels.com We cancelled, but have not been given a refund for six of seven days. Next day no response from amangement, no change in room no cleaning or apologies. Moved out the second night there to Comfort Inn. Booked two rooms at 2:00 PM through Expedia and when arrived at the property they only have one room available and had to cancel at the property and look for another hotel at 10:00 PM after been working since 5:00 AM.
