Ghetto Did not get to stay there due to no parking for my haul and trailer . Did not get to stay there there no parking at all. Had to find another place to stay at

At check in I was greeted by Stella and her headphones with “we have no studios available”, no hello or smile or anything. She told me she’d have to upgrade me to a queen suite since the original rooms had to be cleaned still, which is obviously fine but then she said I’d have to pay the difference. Every piece of info I had to pry out of her as she awkwardly stared at us. Reservation was canceled 2 hours before check in. Was charged for first night, been a hassle ever since trying to get everything refunded. And my review keeps being denied, is this because I’m not leaving a good review?

Rooms smelled like old cigarettes and the hall like pot. Rooms were old and dark and need a remodel. Good location and staff were very friendly and helpful.
