very nasty and smelly

No room at the inn! When we arrived the hotel was over booked and THEY cancelled my “GUARANTEED” reservation from Hotels.com. Neither the hotel nor hotels.com helped to correct this error. We had to drive another 100+ miles in 3 hours to find another place to stay. SO unacceptable!!

Roaches in our room and also moist carpet.. We made an complaint the manager on shift when we checked out said she’ll reimburse me, but it never happened they still charged my card. Never again tho!!!!!

Property has roaches we had roaches everywhere in the first room then gave us another room with dead roaches in it
