I wouldnt recommend... The floors were filthy and sticky and we found roaches in our room. It looks nice at first, but the cleaning needs to be stepped up. I didnt realize it waa a place people also lived as well. Quite a different stay than planned. I wouldnt stay again.

The toilet seat was very loose, the toilet itself was not secure to the floor, the shower pressure was way to high, the shower vent fan did not work. There was no daily housekeeping of the rooms. you have to go exchange for fresh towels and there was extra fees for towel exchange. The room itself had obviously been previously damaged by other occupants and the cover up was just sad. the beds came from IKEA it looks like, and the pillows came from the 2$ bin at Walmart. I will never use a Wood Spring again.

Rooms were fine, nothing spectacular. Staff was horrible. The live jn staff was never at front desk. I waited 45 mins called, and even saw the fire dept looking for clerk about a fire alarm. No matter if you call the number or not the agaent on the phone isnt on site and cannot reach them either. 1 week stay and saw staff 2xs after a 20 min wait at check in, and when guest started fighting in parking lot. Other patrons were very noisy, and the fire alarm went off at 2am, then stopped after five minutes with no explanation.

Had a reservation amd called m told them itll be a late check in was told it was ok just use phone dial 500 get there do exactly as told just to be told they sold my room because the card on file wouldn't go thru but i elected the pay on site just used the card ro hold the spot was using a diffrent card uppn arrival nit could because my eoom was sold n no one contacted me stating my card didnt go thru or anything being that i lock my cards so no fraud can happen and i never heard of a hotel runnong someone card if there not ... read more
