Rooms were not up to par, huge bug infestation going on in the hotel. Unacceptable to see roaches in a room and then even the front entrance! It’s like there greeting you to their home

Badly ran hotel The stay was terrible. There were roaches, disturbances, and no amenities including the gym. I waited 45 minutes with no one at the front desk for check-in in the middle of the night.

Bedbugs in my room. No one at the front desk for over 30 minutes, but they were friendly when they got there. Left in the middle of the night because of the bedbugs. Couldn't get anyone on the phone to verify that i left. Hoping expedia gives me my money back for the bedbug situation.

The property was in a great area, however, the location lacked the presence of front desk staff. Also, they offered no amenities iron, breakfast, or attractive ness to the rooms.

I wish hotels across the board would check the light bulbs and the tv remote that they work. Why are electric outlets always on the other side of the room from where the desk is?
