NO EMPLOYEES ON SITE, EVEN DURING FIRE ALARM There was no one at the check in desk when we arrived and the doors to the lobby were locked. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, again, not a single employee to be found anywhere in the lobby or otherwise. I did not like that it was a housing unit where ppl actually lived instead of a normal motel/hotel environment. Ppl walking up and down the halls it felt more like an apartment building than a hotel. In turn made me feel uncomfortable and could not rest. Due to the foot traffic and loud music from the rooms around me

Unsatisfied The microwave was dirty, there were filthy dishes in the dishwasher and the floor was not swept or mopped. Most of the included conveniences were missing, i.e dish towel, silverware and etc. I was even moved to another room. The room itself was really nice and the bed was comfortable. I just wanted it to be right the first time. Even after I had to be moved I still felt slighted since I paid a good amount of money to stay there for a week.
