Disappointing We had booked a suite room so that our children could stay with my husband and I in the same room. A day before our departure, we were called and told that they did not have a room available for us. After some discussion, they were able to get us two rooms close, but they were not next to one another. I have a child with mild asthma and there was a strong cigarette smoke odor in their room and down the hallway. The rooms were filthy with hair, dust and dirt. The worst Overnight stay ever!!!!!!!!! My worst experience ever, the room was nasty, blood stain on the toilet sit and around. To make matters worst , the bathroom didn't work when i got back to the hotel after my function around 10:30pm. called the front desk , line busy, couldn't use the bathroom. called again in the morning still busy, when I finally checked out and complained, I was told the phone was probably not working, really!!!. Bad, bad, bad.... Very outdated and dingy. Breakfast was a joke ( muffins, oatmeal in a packet and coffe- all to go to the room and no tray to carry.) The sofa that was supposed to accommodate two kids accommodated only one. So, one kid has to sleep with us on a queen size bed. The room was extremely small and stinky.

Room service was terrible, didn't have the essentials that were advertised during booking.

Do not sty at this franchise Rude staff, do not clean the room at all and it was not advised when making my reservation. Had to take my own trash every day and take the dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones. When requested soap and shmpoo to the front desk, the staff member sugested me to go to the Cvs Pharmacy and buy some there. Old dirty buiding, noisy, bad beds and bad smell in the whole biolding. I will never stay again at an Extended Stay America and do not recomend it. I stay 100 nights per year approx and ... read more

Mrs Sharlene Allen I was there for two nights. I was very cold. I asked the front desk for blankets twice they said none were clean. Food was on the walls in the kitchen area. Also it smelled like soup was being cook in the hall ways. Very strong smell.

Of communications between housekeeping and front, New female front Dess Clerk cause they to be miserable didn't know her job and was training another young lady to do an and even worse job attitude was horrible , contacting regional manager
