Ding bad at the door Ignorant morning this clerk didn't know her job refuse to collaborate with housekeeping, housekeeping banging on your door wanting to know if you're coming or going this color failed to inform housekeeping of such
Towels were too bad and there was no stuff in bath towels too bad and no stuff in bathroom. Bedsheets were just ok. No breakfast included.
I requested a non-smoking room and I got a smoking one, which had other bad smells besides the one characteristic of cigarettes/cigars. The tub and toilet were not properly clean. Also, the supposedly included free breakfast is nothing but coffee, muffins, and some grain bars. Said "buffet" (I should have taken a picture) is the first thing you see when you open the main door, two steps away from it, right in front of the front desk. Totally disappointed.

I don't recommended it. I stayed with my family in a studio room which accommodated us very well. However, the room was old, and during our stay there was no daily housekeeping and no room service as well. Breakfast was another disappointing issue. They only serve coffee, hot chocolate, muffins and cereal bars... The bed was really nice and I enjoyed it. There was people beside us arguing for hours and if you walk on the hallway you could easy listened it.

I got to my room late so I was quite tired. Upon entering the room I was greeted by a weird spider like bug and the smell of mildew. The towels were not cleaned properly and the vending machine in the Gym took my money. From the outside looking in the Hotel looks update but when you actually get in its a different story.I have stayed at multiple Extended Stays and this is by far the worst one I have ever stayed in. Quiet But Rather Stay Somewhere Else Our stay here was quiet for the most part. But upon checking in, if didn't have any light bulbs in either of our lamps, the tv remote didn't work so I went to the front desk and they gave me new batteries went back to room to try that and it still didn't work; was given another remote and it still didn't work. It wasn't the best stay at all. Place was sketchy as hell. Smelled like weed all the way all on elevator, hallway and room.

Disappointing The bed sheet looked like it had cigarette burns on and and the sheets were stained. The shower curtain rod was literally falling off the walls. I would not stay here again.
