Disgusted Patron Upon arrival, the rooms initial appearance was clean. Around 9pm, we noticed that we didn't have any cups or kitchen supplies. We attempted to call downstairs but our room phone wasn't working. We called downstairs on our cell phone to request the supplies needed and we were advised that we needed to come downstairs to get the kitchen supplies. Dirty! Stay away! Rooms, halls are dirty! No one to clean. Bathroom sink still had toothpaste and spit in it. So gross. Everything is dirty. Do not stay here.

There are better extended stays. There's better extended stays. Halls smelled like old garbage. Thank fully the room only smelled old. Hotel ran out of towels. My girlfriend building card deactivated. Hotel wouldn't let her back into the room since I checked in. Citing safety reasons as if a woman and her child being locked out their room is safe.

Paid for a Room and they didn't have a room for me Arrived in Atlanta at 1230 am and I went to hotel and they said they has no rooms even though I had paid for it already . I was roomless in the middle of the night . The night laundry attendant was sweet and tried to help me find another place,

Extended Stay We stayed 14 days, the hotel really needs a deep cleaning. Then cleanliness needs to be maintained. The hotel served it's purpose. The front desk staff rotation is often, so do not get used to one person. Most of the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast is variety of pre-packaged muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal packages with thermos coffee or packaged hot chocolate. Probably better to make your own or go out. NASTY AND BAD SERVICE The room had a horrible smell. The sheets were dirty with hair and bug shells on the sheets. The laundry clerk gave me new sheets but wouldn't change my room. I wasn't checked in for 30 mins and had to book another room. If you're fine with sleeping with bed bugs then book away. They will never get my money again.

dirty pullout Pullout bed had all types of trash in it. Not enough towels in room. Room was remolded and nice but probably would not return.
