It’s location is very suitable to me Hotel called me very same day of my check in around 4 pm that they don’t have king rooms available I m with a baby and this kind of situation is not appreciated

Staff needs work Might want to tell the woman working the overnight desk that when she goes into the back room to talk about customers, we can hear her.

Never again! When we entered the first room assigned, the mattresses were flipped on their side and all bedding was piled up on the floor. When we returned to the desk (along with another customer who had just checked in with the same issue!). The staff advised the "Inspector told me he had destroyed a few rooms. I am so sorry!". The next day we were advised that the "Inspector" was actually pest control. There were crumbs between the refrig and cabinet. I mean like an inch thick of crumbs and debris. clean hotel, bad service the hotel is fine but the services are very limited (Ex.: the breakfast is only to go). some managers were very rude. They charged me for early checkin and late checkout. On the late check out the manager made a mistake and took all my luggage away from the room, made me pay and I could not use it.

Front person never there; have to look for him. Any item we need have to get it, no delivery. I was told $18 for internet charge, why should I upgrade internet to $18 . Stafff never in the front, they are outside smoking.

This hotel should be torn down. The hotel was deplorable. I have stayed at 100's of hotels and never experienced what I did here. The room had blood on the walls and the bed. The door did not lock and the inside room door slider lock did not hold and freely came open. The window was broken . Room was ground floor. With all the hotels Expedia represents, this should be taken off their list. NEVER STAY HERE. BE WARNED! Staff said, you got what you paid for! No care!
