Extremely disappointed! Staff was pleasant. Checked in and got to my room to open the door to what felt like a Fabreeze commercial. The room had the stench of a greasy fish fry! It was horrible!! I quickly ran out to get air freshener but decided there was no way I could sleep in that room with that horrible odor. You get what you pay for. This property needs some TLC. The rooms are spacious and surface clean. The price was right for what you got.The hair dryer had exposed wires. The lip of the tub was very dirty. The group I was with had issues with their rooms also. I made the front desk aware. She couldn't have cared less. I hope no one uses the hair dryer with wet hands.
No amenities We had planned to stay at this hotel for nearly two weeks, so kitchen, refrigerator and microwave were important. When we got there, we found there were NO amenities, not even bathroom glasses, and certainly no plates, glasses or silverware in the kitchen. The microwave was quite small. The door could be pushed open from the outside when "locked" and the staff could not have cared less. We left after two nights. There were also bugs in the bathroom sink and hair in the bathtub.
Hope your room is cleaner than mine! Room was not very clean. There was holes in the towels, hair in the bed and I wasn't sure if the sheets had been cleaned, floors were not swept or mopped, remote for tv was falling apart. The cleaning staff were really nice and the area is great because there is plenty to do within a 5 mile radius. I was not very impressed with this hotel, they are usually better.

Disappointment When we arrived at the hotel the check in desk clerk did not even look at me. She just asked for ID and credit card, then when we got to the room the TV had been left on. I checked the bathroom and there was still hair in the tub and on the shower wall. I had to clean the shower wall before I could shower. When we asked for extra pillows they did not have any, the only plus was we were able to trade out towels for clean ones. Overall we will never be staying at an Extended Stay America ever again.

Far out from Lenox and downtown ABOUT 25 mins I did not like that staff was on the phone talking about personal issues at work. I understand we all have life's and things going on and i actually work in a hotel and this would not fly where I work I won't be staying here again tho.

The dump This is been a nightmare from trying to check in to getting anything. They first said that we already checked in that day and had already left. Then they tried to charge me a second time for the same room. Instead of request for towels and linens be brought to the room they gave it to me tell me I can take them up myself. The air conditioner dish and unit was real loud. I will never stay here again .
