Paid for a Room and they didn't have a room for me Arrived in Atlanta at 1230 am and I went to hotel and they said they has no rooms even though I had paid for it already . I was roomless in the middle of the night . The night laundry attendant was sweet and tried to help me find another place,

Extended Stay We stayed 14 days, the hotel really needs a deep cleaning. Then cleanliness needs to be maintained. The hotel served it's purpose. The front desk staff rotation is often, so do not get used to one person. Most of the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast is variety of pre-packaged muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal packages with thermos coffee or packaged hot chocolate. Probably better to make your own or go out. NASTY AND BAD SERVICE The room had a horrible smell. The sheets were dirty with hair and bug shells on the sheets. The laundry clerk gave me new sheets but wouldn't change my room. I wasn't checked in for 30 mins and had to book another room. If you're fine with sleeping with bed bugs then book away. They will never get my money again.

dirty pullout Pullout bed had all types of trash in it. Not enough towels in room. Room was remolded and nice but probably would not return.

Extremely disappointed! Staff was pleasant. Checked in and got to my room to open the door to what felt like a Fabreeze commercial. The room had the stench of a greasy fish fry! It was horrible!! I quickly ran out to get air freshener but decided there was no way I could sleep in that room with that horrible odor. Luckily there was another room available and I moved to only find that there was a 10 inch diameter hole in the ceiling and come to find out that the smoke alarm was supposed to have been there. You get what you pay for. This property needs some TLC. The rooms are spacious and surface clean. The price was right for what you got.The hair dryer had exposed wires. The lip of the tub was very dirty. The group I was with had issues with their rooms also. I made the front desk aware. She couldn't have cared less. I hope no one uses the hair dryer with wet hands.

No amenities We had planned to stay at this hotel for nearly two weeks, so kitchen, refrigerator and microwave were important. When we got there, we found there were NO amenities, not even bathroom glasses, and certainly no plates, glasses or silverware in the kitchen. The microwave was quite small. The door could be pushed open from the outside when "locked" and the staff could not have cared less. We left after two nights. There were also bugs in the bathroom sink and hair in the bathtub.
