Worst of all 1. Rude staff 2. No luggage room 3. No place to sit if you arrive couple of hours before their check in time which is 3 PM 4. No cook ware in the room 5. Rooms were stinky 6. Towels didn't look very fresh 7. Basic items missing .

Lacking customer service Main beds were good but sofa bed was nasty, stained and told that bed did not come furnished and linens and pillows were not included. Front office told us to roll up a towel for a pillow because the were in a linen and pillow shortage. Awful when we had 6 people and had driven 14+ hours.

Not the place to find customer service. One of the worst examples of customer service from a lodging company. When checking in, I was told that my reservation was not found. After showing them the reservation confirmation from Hotel.com, I was told that the information was not sent over by Hotels.com and there's nothing they could do. The manager then told me to call where I booked my room, but he clearly had no other customers and nothing else urgent to attend to, and he didn't even bother to call them or try to figure out ... read more

Only if need to stay The hotel was cool but the sink was broke and there was no showe curtain there was no rug for the. Bathroom floor so the floor was soaking wet the was no one there at night st the front desk breakfast was only oatmeal and muffins

Horrible -- Dirty -- The first room was not clean -- AT ALL!!! -- the second room was little better -- but could have been cleaned more -- the elevator was disgusting! --- NASTY -- the halls had trash in front of a room -- it was horrible -- the staff apologized over and over again -- but, don't apologize -- CLEAN UP THE HOTEL --- I would never recommend or stay at any other hotel with this name on it!

I'd pass next time Was not impressed. Front desk not manned the 3 times was there. My room had been used since it was cleaned, urine on toilet, smell in room. Next room, missing pillow case. No food but vending with only junk food. Just old and outdated. Breakfast muffins etc only out until 9:30 but that was never told to me or written on check in key info. Wifi slow. Not worth the price.

Great value! Anh Hotel. It was a pretty room. There was no room that walk if the sofa bed was out. There is very little sound protection from people in other rooms or the hallway.
