Garbage was found in my room when i checked in. No iron nor iron board was in room

Dissatisfied!! First off, when we walked into the lobby there was a horrible smell which carried all the way to the room. The room was extremely filthy and we didn’t even want to step on the carpet bc it looked horrible. There was hair in the bathroom sink and the tub had ground in dirt. The sheets were very dingy and the couch was beyond filthy. I felt so dirty just standing in the room. I would feel horrible charging someone to stay in a room like that. We requested a refund. The worst experience by far!

It's a no for me Not very satisfied with this one at all was not told about $100 deposit and then had to make two transactions one for $100 deposit and then the other one for the room rate for one night why? Overall the building inside look dated, old, dirty. The hallways were dark and dingy looking the room itself looked the same no amenities chip paint dirty shower was very dated dirty hair all over the shower like it hadn't been cleaned or not cleaned well. Stairs smells bad and dirty

The staff was friendly however one (male) was lack luster. The property was rundown and dirty. Food spots and stains on the carpet floor as well as roaches. Appliances (refrigerator and microwave were filthy. Despite being extended stay there were no cooking or eating utensils When the desk person was told about the room a new room without carpet was given however the Appliances were still filthy.

The lady that answer the after hours phone was nice, in dire need of remodeling everything extremely old. It was weird sleeping there did not shower or use anything very old and nasty. Impossible to clean! Needs remodeling!!

I made a reservation for two rooms on Saturday, 12/28/2024 for one night, but the lack of hygiene, health and safety conditions did not allow us to spend the night in the hotel, since both mattresses on the sofa beds had a bad smell and were completely stained with something like mold and fungi, the doors of one of the bathroom cabinets were detached from their place, in general the rooms were in very poor condition.
