Overall experience was decent. Not having staffs on front is painful. Phone service is there but took too long to respond. Some of the rules like check-out process could be made available in the room itself as a notice board or hand out a brochure during check-in. Over all after hours support found poor. Room was Non-smoking as described during booking.
