It was ok. We had to wait for our room to be ready as check in time was 3pm and we arrived 430pm. We were told we would need to wait an hour and a half for our room to be ready due to shortage of housekeepers.This room was booked and paid for weeks in advance, so it was a matter of poor management and time management.There was a musty smell in the room and throughout the hotel. Grab and Go breakfast, muffins, cereal bars, oatmeal and coffee.

Fair Todo la estufa no calentó mucho y no limpiaban tenías que ir a llevar las toallas para poder tener otra y la regadera no tiraba agua tenía fuga y también tenías que sacar tu la basura y pedir más papel de baño y bolsas de basura lo único que está bien es que estaba sercas del sentro Nada

Never again breakfast was given but just a granola bar. The fridge opens on the opposite side. Smelled like mildew everywhere, had bugs in the bathroom. Tv was so small and dark facing the wall literally had to move the whole stand it was just horrible stay. Nothing about the stay besides the nice lady at the front.

dirty, without a insult this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at a lot but the staff was soooo nic dirty unsatsfied

Bad I travel to Austin from another city weekly for employment purposes.I get off work at 12:30am. When I arrive, it is approximately 1:00am-ish. Door is locked, can't access with key card because of malfunction with the door. Had to call the main number for someone to let me in because there is no phone on the wall to contact the front desk. Very Poor Dirty and uncomfortable pullout couch, the floors were a little dirty/needed upkeep and the halls smelled. The kitchen was falling apart with nothing in it not even a way to make tea or coffee and the refrigerator had food still left in it. There were no extra linens or blankets for couch. It looked like it was in the middle of renovation or was left unfinished.
