dirty, without a insult this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at a lot but the staff was soooo nic dirty unsatsfied

Bad I travel to Austin from another city weekly for employment purposes.I get off work at 12:30am. When I arrive, it is approximately 1:00am-ish. Door is locked, can't access with key card because of malfunction with the door. Had to call the main number for someone to let me in because there is no phone on the wall to contact the front desk. Complained to the "manager " and her attitude is so foul, it's as if she reincarnated Regan from the Exorcist. I had a seriously case of indigestion from the experience, even today. Tha... read more

Very Poor Dirty and uncomfortable pullout couch, the floors were a little dirty/needed upkeep and the halls smelled. The kitchen was falling apart with nothing in it not even a way to make tea or coffee and the refrigerator had food still left in it. There were no extra linens or blankets for couch. It looked like it was in the middle of renovation or was left unfinished. One of the worst experiences I have had traveling, I Would not recommend to anyone. Not a good place to stay. Need better staff and better management. Place needs to be renovated and cleaned thoroughly. Nothing at all.

Dingy and delapitated Bathroom felt like a dungeon. I had to use one of the bedside lamps for additional lighting and even that wasn’t enough. Furniture was old and dilapidated, felt like an old dingy dorm room. The lobby smelled like weed, and the hallway smelled like moth balls. Staff was friendly but were obviously understaffed and overwhelmed.
