Very Poor
Crazy person banging at my door at 11 PM. Left because reception did nothing. Dirty too! Beware!

Fair The hotel was dirty. The room was dirty. There were clothes that belonged to someone else in the room. The bed sheets had what looked like blood stains and the bed had a foul odor. The floors were so dirty that my 16 year old freaked out when she looked at her feet. There were people wandering around and loitering outside. We smelled pot and there was a prostitute. Was very uncomfortable especially for my kids. Wasn’t able to cook had to go downstairs to ask if they had anything Didn’t care to ask though It was clean but they did not have any accessories for the kitchen. Not even a trash can just one for the entire room. Couldn’t make coffee had to go downstairs to get coffee The gym only had two machines Treadmill and an elliptical machine.

REFUND NOW The facility was just pure nasty. The hallways and elevators had trash on the floor. The room was non-smoking and it reeked of cigarette smoke. As a matter of fact, the smell penetrated our clothes. The bed had food crumbs and other items which were unidentifiable. The parking lot was very unsafe. There was a collection of unsavory characters "hanging" out in the parking lot. We picked this facility because it was close to the location we needed to be at the next day. Nothing else was liked. Horrible The fact that the room was dirty and the people that were around the hotel are shady.. literally seen drug deals being made, and prostitution going on.
