disappointing dirty floors, run down, beds squeaked, no coffee, no ice and small roaches. location

Extended Nightmare Stay The property interior was not clean. Garbage on the floor. Hallways not vacuumed. Let's work around the room. Our room door was open when we arrived. There were no towels, no soaps, no shampoos, no extra toilet paper, no garbage can, no garbage bag. A drawer below the TV was missing the front cover. I know the property doesn't have control over this but the upstairs neighbor walked with a heavy foot throughout the night so we did not sleep. La peor, me fui al ressidence Nada. Todo es de lo peor Cuando llegue a registrarme estaban sobrevendidos los cuartos y me cancelaron mi reservación. Nunca te quedes aqui te puedes llevar una gran sorpresa y muy desagradanle

Fair It wasn't the cleanest place I've stayed. The floor had definitely not been swept in a long time.

Hotel gave my room.away at 3pm.and didn't tell me till 11pm whwn I called back the 2nd timw.to tell This hotel is trash! I made reservations a week in advance. Friday, February the 24th, the day I was supposed to check in, I called them at 5pm to tell them i would have a late arrival that night. I was told no problem. At 10:45pm I called 40 miles out to tell them i would be there in a few and was told that they had no more rooms.
