I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. We had no room available despite having made a reservation so we had to look for another room in the middle of the night. We did not receive any kind of courtesy call letting us know. The reason given was the room was dirty.

Never again Couch was broken, room smelled like smoke, there was no free breakfast, pool was closed. Horrible mold smell in hallway and dead roaches Location

disappointing dirty floors, run down, beds squeaked, no coffee, no ice and small roaches. location

Extended Nightmare Stay The property interior was not clean. Garbage on the floor. Hallways not vacuumed. Let's work around the room. Our room door was open when we arrived. There were no towels, no soaps, no shampoos, no extra toilet paper, no garbage can, no garbage bag. A drawer below the TV was missing the front cover. I know the property doesn't have control over this but the upstairs neighbor walked with a heavy foot throughout the night so we did not sleep. La peor, me fui al ressidence Nada. Todo es de lo peor Cuando llegue a registrarme estaban sobrevendidos los cuartos y me cancelaron mi reservación. Nunca te quedes aqui te puedes llevar una gran sorpresa y muy desagradanle
